David came out yesterday afternoon to do an EPC which we needed before the end of March; we had the EPC at lunchtime the next day, which was amazing service. I emailed Mr. Insulation asking if they could carry out an EPC on a rented property I own as soon as.
The property was vacant and I needed done as soon as to fulfill my obligations for Registration of Scottish Landlords.

Fantastic same day very quick service. Am based in the US and contacted them in the wee hours due to time differences. Got immediate response even though it was about 6am. The epc report was done and emailed to me the same day. I really couldn't recommend the service strongly enough for speed and professionalism.
